Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful property claims handling experience.
• Prior field adjusting experience with on-site inspections and detailed estimating.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and experts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service with empathy and timely communication during complex loss events.
• Investigate high-severity property claims to confirm facts, origin, and loss scope.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess scope, severity, and repair considerations.
• Prepare and revise estimates using Xactimate and related tools.
• Negotiate settlement and manage reserves within authority.
