Job summary

King's Insurance Staffing seeks a Field Property Claims Adjuster to handle Homeowners and Commercial Property losses while guiding policyholders, agents, and business partners through the claims process. Qualifications

• 2+ years of property claims experience with an insurer.
• Experience handling both Homeowners and Commercial Property losses.
• Ability to manage large, high-exposure claims.
• Knowledge of policy language, coverage, and claim investigation.
• Experience working with attorneys, engineers, and public adjusters.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve large loss first-party property claims.
• Handle losses including fire, water, wind, and other perils.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess damages and coverage issues.
• Review policy language and determine coverage based on provisions.
• Prepare estimates using Xactimate and coordinate with experts.
