Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7+ years property claims handling experience.
• Experience handling high-severity and complex property claims.
• Experience coordinating and interpreting expert reports and engineering plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic, timely, professional service to customers, vendors and involved parties during complex loss events.
• Investigate high-severity property claims to confirm facts, origin, and exposure.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess scope, severity, and repair considerations.
• Negotiate scope, pricing, and settlement consistent with company standards and regulations.
