Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration to meet policy and safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or Equivalent, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years in housing. Knowledge of on-site software and Fair Housing remains essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years’ experience in the housing industry; or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative activities; manage budgets and risk.
• Lead emergency response, safety training, and staff coaching to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure fair housing compliance and OSHA requirements are followed.
