Job summary

Roman Health Pharmacy LLC is seeking a Senior Property Adjuster to manage moderately complex property claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with state regulations. The role emphasizes telephonic interaction without on-site loss inspections, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence three days per week.

You will investigate coverage, analyze loss history, and coordinate with SIU referrals when appropriate, while leveraging Xactimate and virtual tools to prepare accurate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years relevant property adjusting experience handling moderately complex claims.
• Developing knowledge of residential construction.
• Working knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate.
• Demonstrated negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of property claims contracts and relevant laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in prioritizing and multitasking across multiple applications.
• Active adjuster license within 90 days and up to 3 attempts.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages a claims caseload of moderate complexity damages.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve claims.
• Investigate damages using multiple information sources and identify subrogation potential.
• Analyze coverage concerns and determine policy terms and contingencies.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare recommendations beyond authority limits.
• Maintain thorough claim files with all documentation.
• Use estimating platforms and virtual inspection tools to prepare losses.
• Address jurisdictional challenges such as applicable laws and construction.
• Support CAT response and on-call duties as required.
• Handle higher-complexity claims and additional duties as needed.
