AlphaStaffHCM's client is hiring an Inside Senior Property Adjuster in Phoenix to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property claims by our members. The role operates in a telephone-centric environment with no field inspection, emphasizing coverage analysis, liability assessment, and compliant settlement decisions.

The Senior Adjuster will manage a moderate-to-complex caseload, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and leverage Xactimate and virtual tools to prepare

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years property adjusting experience preferred.
• Experience adjusting moderately complex claims or construction-related insurance.
• Knowledge of residential construction and estimating losses using Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Manages claims caseload with moderate complexity; analyzes coverage and liability.
• Negotiate settlements within authority; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Investigates damages using insured, third parties, and external sources; notes Subrogation potential.
