Job summary

Allcat Claims Service is seeking a Property Claims Adjuster to review, evaluate, and adjust moderately to highly complex property claims. This on-site role requires ensuring coverage, equitable settlements, and escalation when needed across multiple channels.

The position demands a valid adjuster license or ability to obtain one, plus 2 years of property claims experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Symbility, Claims Connect, and Guidewire is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current adjuster license or ability to obtain an adjuster license.
• 2 years property claims adjusting experience including dwelling claims.
• Advanced property construction knowledge.
• Windows computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts moderately to highly complex property claims involving structure, personal property and ALE.
• Handles customer escalations, DOI complaints and claims with public adjuster or attorney representation.
• Contributes to business goals and performance metrics using tools and technology.
• Supports workload surges and catastrophe operations, including overtime.
• Applies advanced knowledge of P&C insurance products and coverage on claims.
• Serves as a resource to less experienced team members on escalated issues.
• Partners with internal resources to facilitate claims resolution.
