Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years’ field property claims adjusting experience with moderate complexity.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex claims caseload; assess coverage and liability.
• Negotiate settlements within authority limits and document outcomes clearly.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for complex resolutions.
• Conduct thorough claim investigations using multiple sources.
