Job summary

AlphaStaff, Inc. is seeking a Field Property Adjuster Specialist for the Bellingham, WA area. This field-based role involves investigating, evaluating, negotiating and settling complex property claims with a virtual-first approach supported by technology.

You will analyze coverage, liability and policy terms, collaborating with internal teams and vendors. Expect 50–75% travel and on-call CAT support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of property claims adjusting experience of moderate complexity.
• License within 90 days and up to 3 attempts; active P&C license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle complex property claims.
• Analyze coverage and liability; maintain thorough claim file documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve claims and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel 50–75% of the year and support CAT operations as needed.
• Work in field with occasional non-local deployment as required.
