Allcat Claims Service, LLC is seeking a Property Claims Adjuster for the San Antonio area or remote work from home. The role handles moderately to highly complex property claims, including dwelling, personal property, and ALE components, ensuring coverage and fair settlements within regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidates hold an adjuster license, have 2+ years of property claims experience, and are proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• TX adjuster license current or ability to obtain TX license.
• 2 years property claims adjusting experience.
• Advanced property construction knowledge.
• Computer literacy in Windows.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Able to handle routine and disruptive tasks in a fast pace environment.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts or audits moderately to highly complex property claims.
• Handles escalations, DOI complaints and claims with representation.
• Contributes to goals, performance metrics and uses tools/technology.
• Supports workload surges and Cat operations with overtime as needed.
• Applies knowledge of P&C products, coverage and claim processes.
• Serves as resource to less experienced team members on escalated issues.
