Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Senior Claim Specialist in the United States (Texas). The role will investigate, evaluate, and resolve moderately complex property & casualty claims from intake to resolution, ensuring timely and fair handling with regulatory compliance.

You will conduct investigations, assess exposure, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines. Strong customer service and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant claims handling experience in property & casualty
• Knowledge of insurance policy interpretation and coverage analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management or related field preferred
• Experience with claims management systems and standard office software
• Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines
• Customer service orientation with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations: gather statements, review policy coverage, analyze docs.
• Evaluate exposure and potential liability based on policy language and facts.
• Maintain accurate claim notes and reports per internal standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, legal counsel, and external vendors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and SLAs.
