Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Higher level education preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong grammar and composition rules required for editing and proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Proofread complex legal documents according to established policies and procedures.
• Identify and correct spelling, grammar, and verbiage errors in legal documents.
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work.
• Interact with clients via in-person, phone, or electronic communications.
• Train junior staff and oversee proofreading assignments within the team.
