Job summary

Collectors in the United States is seeking a Promotions Manager to lead development and execution of promotional campaigns across digital and eCommerce platforms. Own the full lifecycle from data-driven opportunity identification to design, launch, measurement, and learning.

Collaborate with marketing, CRM, legal, and operations to ensure compliant, impactful delivery of campaigns. Bring strong analytics, project management, and stakeholder communication to drive a sharper promotions calendar

Qualifications

3-5 years of digital marketing or CRM experience.
Strong project management and execution-focused mindset.
Highly analytical, capable of interpreting performance and ROI from data.
Familiarity with content management systems.
Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and execute promotional campaigns across weekly, monthly, and seasonal cycles via our in-house promotions engine and CRM stack.
Own the full-year promotions roadmap, aligning with broader business goals.
Track KPIs, including GMV, incentive costs, and return purchase rate.
Design and run A/B tests to sharpen the playbook and improve promotion levers.
Analyze post-campaign performance to feed learnings into the next cycle.
