Collectors is the leading creator of innovative technology that provides value-added services for collectors worldwide. As Promotions Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of promotional campaigns across digital and eCommerce platforms, from opportunity discovery to measurement and optimization.

You'll collaborate with marketing, CRM, legal and operations to design scalable promotion models, manage the promotional calendar, and drive incremental results through data-driven experimentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of digital marketing or CRM experience.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance, ROI, and conversions.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, and execute promotional campaigns across weekly, monthly, and seasonal cycles via our in-house promotions engine and CRM stack.
• Own the full-year promotions calendar, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
• Track KPIs including incentives, GMV, contribution margin, and repeat purchase rate.
• Design and run A/B tests to sharpen our playbook and improve promotional levers.
• Analyze post-campaign performance to feed actionable learnings into the next cycle.
• Translate campaign results into repeatable promotional models to scale operations.
