Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Promotions Manager to design and run promotional campaigns across our digital and eCommerce platforms. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from opportunity scouting to delivery through our promotions engine and CRM stack.

The role emphasizes data-driven optimization, cross-functional collaboration with marketing, CRM, and operations, and building scalable promotional models to improve incrementality and repeatable results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in digital marketing or CRM roles.
• Strong project management with a hands-on mindset.
• Highly analytical; able to interpret ROAS, conversion, ROI from data.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute promotional campaigns via in-house engine and CRM stack.
• Own the full-year promotions roadmap with cross-functional alignment.
• Track KPIs: incentive costs, GMV, contribution margin, uptake, repurchase rate.
• Design and run A/B tests to sharpen playbooks and levers.
• Analyze post-campaign performance to feed learnings into the next cycle.
• Translate results into scalable promotional models for growth.
