Athleta seeks a Manager, Promotions to lead digital promotional strategy and execution across the US and Canada. You will work with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Analytics, and Digital teams to craft compelling offers, optimize customer journeys, and drive profitability.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, execution strength, and ability to translate data into actionable promotions while guiding a team and partnering across functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ecommerce or digital merchandising with promotional strategy experience.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen.
• Ability to translate performance into customer actions.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Build site-wide digital promotional strategy for US/Canada.
• Translate targets into actionable digital strategies.
• Develop customer pathways and merchandising strategies.
• Evaluate performance with cross-functional partners.
• Own the promotional calendar and event architecture.
• Lead site readiness and QA for promotions.
• Lead and develop a promotions team.
• Oversee PDP copy process with AI tools.
