Job summary

Leaderpromos Marketing Agency is seeking a Program Manager to oversee client online stores, coordinating across sales reps, customers, internal teams, and suppliers to deliver reliable ecommerce solutions that meet brand goals.

You will drive product research, quoting, artwork, and presentations, translate client needs into actionable projects, and lead cross-functional teams to improve user experience, performance metrics, and revenue for B2B/B2C initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with marketing experience.
• 5+ years marketing experience or equivalent education.
• Experience managing clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PM for client online stores, coordinating across sales, customers, and suppliers.
• Oversee online store initiatives, site navigation, campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with teams to manage inventory, reporting, and campaigns.
• Ensure timely execution of merchandising and promotions.
