Jacobs is expanding its Energy & Power team to support data centers and private developers. As Manager of Projects (MOP), you will lead a portfolio of projects and serve as a key liaison with Advanced Facilities, project managers, sales, Global Integrated Delivery, and regional delivery teams.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams from concept to commissioning of high voltage transmission lines and substations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of energy & power data center projects from concept through commissioning.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers; ensure safety, quality, schedule, cost, and technical performance.
• Coordinate with Global Integrated Delivery and regional teams to deliver aligned outcomes.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure proactive communication with stakeholders.
