Job summary

Jacobs is expanding its Energy & Power team and seeks a Manager of Projects to lead a portfolio of high-voltage transmission, substations, and data center projects. You will guide Project Managers, coordinate with Global Integrated Delivery, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, cost, and technical performance.

You will work across regions to deliver practical, reliable energy infrastructure for data centers and private developers, aligning with client expectations and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience managing energy sector or data center projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with project financial management, forecasting, risk, and change management.
• Experience supporting data center developers, utilities, IPPs, or private-sector clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong HSE culture and ensure teams comply with requirements.
• Coach and develop Project Managers; manage succession planning.
• Coordinate with AF/operations and regional delivery teams to meet client expectations.
• Drive portfolio delivery, risk management, and client satisfaction across multiple projects.
• Engage legal, contracts, and compliance in review and approval processes.
