Job summary

Jacobs is expanding its Energy & Power team and seeks a Manager of Projects to lead a portfolio of data center and private development projects. You will guide project managers, coordinate with Advanced Facilities, sales, and regional delivery teams, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance.

The role requires a proven record in delivering complex energy infrastructure projects and collaboration across global teams, with a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing energy, T&D, or data-center projects.
• Proven experience leading project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with project financials, forecasting, risk, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of data center projects and coordinate with AF/PMs and sales teams.
• Coach and develop Project Managers within the portfolio.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance across projects.
• Coordinate with Global Integrated Delivery and regional teams for integrated delivery.
