Job summary
Jacobs is expanding its Energy & Power team and seeks a Manager of Projects to lead a portfolio of data center and private development initiatives. You will guide Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals, from concept to commissioning.
You’ll collaborate with Global Integrated Delivery and regional teams to deliver practical, reliable energy infrastructure solutions for clients, including complex transmission and distribution facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with project financials, forecasting, and change management.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of data center and private development projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost targets.
- Coordinate with AF, project managers, sales, and global delivery teams across regions.
- Provide leadership from concept through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Develop proposals, pricing, schedules, and risk reserves with cross-functional teams.
