Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Manager of Projects (MOP) to lead a portfolio of data center and private development projects within its Energy & Power segment. You will guide project managers, coordinate with Advanced Facilities and Global Integrated Delivery, and ensure safety, schedule, cost, and technical performance across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• Experience leading project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with project financial management, forecasting, risk management, and client relationships.
• PE or PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of data center and private developer projects.
• Provide operational leadership from concept through commissioning.
• Coordinate with Global Integrated Delivery, AF, sales, and regional teams.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Drive margin growth and successful execution through best practices.
