Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Manager of Projects for Data Centers and Private Developers within its Energy & Power team. You will lead a portfolio of projects, guiding project managers and multidisciplinary teams to meet safety, quality, schedule and cost targets.

You’ll collaborate across Advanced Facilities, sales, Global Integrated Delivery and regional teams to deliver high-voltage infrastructure and data-center related projects, driving practical and commercially successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience managing energy sector projects (transmission, distribution, data centers).
• Experience leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with project financial management, forecasting, risk management, and client relationship management.
• Experience supporting data center developers or private-sector clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of energy projects and coordinate across AF, PMs, sales, and GID teams.
• Provide operational leadership to meet safety, quality, schedule, cost and technical goals.
• Drive effective risk management, change management, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with global teams across regions to ensure consistent delivery.
• Support proposals, pricing, schedules and risk reserves.
• Ensure adherence to project quality plans and governance processes.
