Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Ten years of commercial construction leadership experience on multiple projects or a large/complex project (≥$40M).
• OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR, and related safety certifications.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field activities on large or multiple projects, coordinating subcontractors and sequencing work.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure project safety compliance.
• Plan and coordinate site logistics, trade coordination, and progress meetings.
• Review constructability, develop work plans with Project Manager and trade contractors.
• Maintain project schedules, quality control, and manage submittals and daily reports.
