You will lead site activities, review construction documents for constructability, develop site safety programs, and manage daily progress reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior field supervision on large projects
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality control, and scheduling processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field activities for large projects or multiple smaller projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and sequencing of work activities
• Maintain project schedule, quality control, and safety compliance
• Review plans for constructability and phasing, site logistics, and temporary protections
• Develop and communicate safety programs and conduct site orientations
• Plan site logistics, traffic patterns, and equipment placement
• Collaborate with Project Manager and client to align on work plans and milestones
• Approve submittals, manage daily reports, and track progress against the schedule
