Job summary

The Christman Company in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations on commercial construction sites. You will manage subcontractors, sequencing of work, maintain the project schedule, ensure safety and quality, and provide strong field leadership to drive successful project completion.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field and at least five years of leadership experience in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Sustain safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review daily reports, estimates, and change requests.
• Lead pre-construction and coordination meetings with contractors.
