Christman Co. is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to oversee field activities for large projects in the Detroit area. You will be a site leader responsible for quality control, project schedules, and managing subcontractors. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and have at least 10 years of commercial construction experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role.
• Successful completion of training in Construction Management or Project Management.
• Experience managing multiple projects or a large complex project.

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination of subcontractors and sequencing of work.
• Ensure safety expectations and quality control are maintained.
