Job summary

You will lead safety programs, manage site logistics, and collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion. A strong background in construction management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction leadership experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR, and related safety certifications.
• Strong planning, scheduling, cost control, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field activities on large projects, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain project schedule.
• Lead safety program and enforce safety rules on site.
• Review constructability, plan site logistics, and coordinate with Project Manager and trades.
