Job summary

iiCON Construction Colorado, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on Colorado Front Range projects from November/December start. You will own the project schedule, coordinate trade partners, manage safety and quality, and drive turnkey execution from preconstruction to closeout.

You will work with the Project Manager and team to plan, problem-solve, and keep work ahead of issues, ensuring projects start and finish with strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent or Quality Control Manager.
• Experience managing schedules, quality, safety, subcontractor coordination, and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage the project schedule, including weekly updates, three-week look-aheads, trade commitments, and coordination of upcoming work.
• Lead daily field operations and coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, materials, equipment, inspections, logistics, and site access.
• Take ownership of jobsite safety and quality, setting expectations and holding the entire project team accountable.
• Lead pull planning and weekly work planning using iiCON’s lean construction approach.
• Work with the Project Manager to identify constraints, solve problems, and keep decisions from becoming schedule impacts.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and ensure manpower, schedule commitments, quality, and safety.
• Maintain accurate daily project documentation and record significant field events.
• Plan field manpower and track production rates for self-performed work.
• Participate in preconstruction, constructability reviews, schedule development, and project turnover.
• Drive punch-list completion and field closeout so projects finish strong.
