Job summary

iiCON Construction in Colorado Springs seeks a Project Superintendent to lead field teams on projects ranging from $1M to $5M. You will translate plans into reality, manage subcontractors, and keep projects on schedule while ensuring safety and quality.

You will analyze civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical documents, coordinate preplanning, and communicate effectively with the project team. This role is based in Southern Colorado with opportunities for front-range work.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience as a Project Superintendent or in a similar field leadership role.
• Experience leading $1–$5M projects in vertical construction preferred.
• Must base in Colorado Springs or willing to reside in the area.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
• Analyze contract documents from civil to electrical systems and interior finishes.
• Create and maintain project schedules with proactive problem-solving and preplanning.
• Communicate clearly with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors to drive results.
