iiCON Construction Colorado, LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent for upcoming projects starting in November and December. Based in Colorado Springs, you will lead the field team, own the project plan, and coordinate safety, quality, and schedule from preconstruction through closeout.

You will partner with the Project Manager, manage weekly updates and three-week look-aheads, coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics, and drive lean planning to keep the project ahead of issues and

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent or Quality Control Manager.
• Experience reading plans and specifications and developing/maintaining construction schedules.
• OSHA 30, OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid and other competent person training; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Own and actively manage the project schedule, including weekly updates and three-week look-aheads.
• Lead daily field operations and coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, materials, equipment, inspections, logistics, and site access.
• Take ownership of jobsite safety and quality, setting expectations and holding the team accountable.
• Lead pull planning and weekly work planning using lean construction approaches.
• Plan field manpower and track production rates for self-performed work.
• Drive preconstruction participation, constructability reviews, schedule development, and project turnover.
• Drive punch-list completion and field closeout to finish strong.
