Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or undergraduate/engineering degree in a related discipline.
• NCSO designation required (IND); Gold Seal enrollment preferred.
• 10 years of progressive field supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project teams to meet safety, schedule, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with project manager, subcontractors, and trades to maintain three-week lookahead schedules.
• Develop and implement project execution plans and monitor budgets and profitability.
• Maintain client relationships and document project administration per requirements.
