Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate and oversee all project aspects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to the required quality standards.

You will manage field staff, schedule activities, monitor safety, cost control and quality, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on every phase of the build. The role emphasizes leadership on large projects, coordination across multiple scopes, and a focus on Zero Accidents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• 8 years preferred
• OSHA 30 Hour certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Medical physical examination completed
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Initiate the development of a project schedule including activities and sequencing.
• Review and understand the project financial information in conjunction with Project Management.
• Collaborate in the preparation and updating of the Work Progress Schedule (WPS).
• Prepare detailed look ahead schedules for near term planning.
• Conduct weekly subcontractor schedule meetings.
• Coordinate the varying scopes of work to expedite project progress.
• Collaborate with Project Management in developing appropriate subcontract scopes or bid packages.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to current drawings, plans and contracted scope of work.
• Prepare detailed daily reports including review of subcontractors' reports to track progress.
• Assist in review of submittals and shop drawings for compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate and manage change orders, RFIs and material submittals effectively.
• Develop and execute the Zero Accidents (ZAP) and XMOP plans.
• Identify non-compliance by subcontractors with safety, health and environmental standards.
• Monitor the entire project site daily to oversee activities and plan for future needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams for seamless communication.
