Job summary

DMD & Company – Structural Engineers in the Greater Tampa Bay Area is seeking a Senior Project Structural Engineer / Project Manager to lead structural design, perform detailed calculations, and supervise construction documents.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, mentor junior staff, and ensure designs meet Florida codes and standards. This on-site role offers opportunities for advancement and exposure to large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering; PE licensure preferred.
• Experience applying building codes and structural design standards for various systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work on-site in a team.
