Senior Project Manager/Office Lead - Structural Engineering

Ehlert Bryan is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead projects and grow with our Orlando office, with the opportunity to eventually step into a leadership role managing the branch.

This is a unique opportunity to join a respected structural engineering consulting firm with a 40+ year history, a strong repeat client base, and projects across the U.S. and overseas. We’re looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager who is excited about both technical excellence and business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver structural engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Mentor and train junior engineers while fostering team development.
• Support business development and help grow our presence in Florida.
• Play a key role in shaping the future of our Florida office, with a clear path toward office management and leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering (MS preferred).
• PE license required (Florida PE preferred).
• 10+ years of structural design and project management experience.
• Expertise in steel, concrete, and wood design for both new construction and renovations.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software (RAM, CSI, etc.); Revit experience a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing client relationships in Florida.
