Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 6 years of Program or Project Management experience.
• At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
• At least 4 years of experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications.
• At least 4 years of experience driving problem resolution and cross-organizational decision-making.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• PM experience in financial services (preferred).
• Experience in management consulting (preferred).
• People management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leading high-priority special projects that provide strategic support to the Head of Network Risk Operations and the senior leadership team.
• Identifying and analyzing unstructured business challenges, leveraging and translating data into compelling stories to drive action and creating decision-ready recommendations for leadership.
• Facilitating and managing strategic planning routines and leadership operating rhythms to set and deliver on a high-impact agenda.
• Partnering cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.
• Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.

Education
