Job summary

Pike Corporation seeks an experienced Project Controls Specialist to support engineers, project managers and construction managers across energy projects. You will manage project schedules, budgets and reporting, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to drive timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in utility scheduling, with strong communication and analytical skills. Domestic travel across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in utility project scheduling and management.
• Proven ability to develop accurate schedules and coordinate multidisciplinary meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing baseline to progress, including critical path and resource loading.
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment and capital postings for capital reporting.
• Prepare and present reports and mitigation strategies based on critical path analysis.
• Provide scheduling support for all projects.
• Travel to project sites in North America as required.
• Collaborate with resources to determine project priorities.
• Develop scheduling procedures and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
