Job summary

Pike Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of medium to large-scale utility infrastructure projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, risk, and client satisfaction, acting as the main point of accountability for project performance.

You will build strong client relationships, lead project teams, manage contract administration, and mentor other project managers while ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 4-8 years of project management experience in utility, power delivery, energy, telecommunications, or infrastructure industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of utility infrastructure projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and overall project performance.
• Serve as primary client contact for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead contract administration, change orders, and subcontractor coordination.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor financials: forecasting, cost control, invoicing, cash flow.
• Facilitate kickoff, status reviews, and client updates.
• Ensure compliance with Pike safety, quality, and standards.
• Provide mentorship to project managers and team members.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
