Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferably in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in construction (utility preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals and coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Office; scheduling software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects in accordance with Pike Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain effective client relationships and trusted by all parties.
• Manage subcontractors and material procurement.
• Apply change control and risk management processes.
• Prepare thorough estimates of projects prior to construction.
• Provide performance feedback to operations and field management.
• Handle contract reporting and status for field operations, management and client.
• Implement financial controls to ensure profitability on all projects.
• Support emergency and storm restoration events.
