Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp is seeking a Project Scheduler to oversee scheduling for utility-scale solar and BESS EPC projects. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Construction Scheduling and is remote, based in Ankeny, IA, with standard Mon-Fri hours and potential overtime. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or equivalent scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling methods.
• Experience in construction scheduling for EPC projects a plus.
• Strong analytical and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scheduling processes, policies, and tools for project execution.
• Manage Solar and BESS EPC projects to standard scheduling practices.
• Integrate earned value management with scheduling processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed Primavera P6 in reporting.
• Conduct weekly/monthly reviews of deliverables and provide feedback.
• Analyze schedules to identify delays and mitigation strategies.
• Adjust schedules to meet project goals and timelines.
• Communicate with project/exec management for timely decisions.
