Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp in the United States seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to lead scheduling for utility-scale solar and BESS EPC projects. Remote work is offered, based in Ankeny, IA with standard business hours and periodic travel.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and report to Senior Manager Construction Scheduling. Ideal candidates have CPM/P6 proficiency, a construction scheduling background, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field; minimum two years of scheduling experience.
• Four to five years of construction scheduling experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience as a Project Engineer is preferred.
• Proficient in P6 with CPM knowledge.
• Renewable energy (solar/BESS) industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational scheduling processes, policies, and tools.
• Manage Solar and BESS EPC projects to scheduling standards for self-perform work.
• Oversee earned value management integrated with scheduling.
• Collaborate to integrate Primavera P6 into summary reporting.
• Conduct weekly/monthly reviews and provide feedback.
• Analyze schedules to identify delays and mitigation options.
• Adjust schedules to align with goals and timely completion.
• Ensure communication with management for timely decisions.
