Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp is seeking a Project Scheduler in Ankeny, IA, to lead scheduling for utility-scale solar and BESS EPC projects. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CM, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years construction scheduling experience or 4–5 years if no degree.
• Experience with Primavera P6/CPM scheduling is required.
• Solar/renewable energy scheduling experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scheduling processes, policies, and tools for project execution.
• Manage Solar and BESS EPC projects to scheduling standards including WBS and float.
• Integrate earned value management with scheduling processes.
• Collaborate to integrate Primavera P6 into reporting.
• Conduct weekly/monthly reviews of deliverables and provide feedback.
• Analyze schedules to identify delays and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely communication with management and stakeholders.
• Support preconstruction and subcontractor plan reviews.
