Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp seeks an experienced Project Manager for utility-scale solar and BESS EPC projects across the U.S. This evergreen posting supports upcoming work with the ability to travel up to 50%. The role manages all phases of projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.

Strong PM skills and utility-scale experience required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Prior utility scale solar experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience managing medium-to-large construction projects, including utility scale solar.
Experience utilizing PM tools and managing critical path and compliance documentation.
Able to read design documents, blueprints, and MS Project schedules.

Responsibilities

Oversee all stages of million dollar+ construction projects.
Develop, manage and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Prepare and review schedules, budgets, and resource allocations with risk mitigation.
Track project progress, reporting, and KPI.
Prepare reports on costs, revenues and timelines for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain scopes of work, standards, and quotes from suppliers.
Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
