Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a senior Project Scheduler to ensure scheduling functions align with procedures across project groups. The onsite role offers location options including Phoenix-AZ with 10-20% travel; remote options with travel to offices may be considered.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, 4-6 years in planning & scheduling, and PSP/PSPPMI-SP certification preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification and/or Project Scheduling Professional (PSPPMI-SP) certification preferred
• 4-6 years of related experience in planning & scheduling on engineering and/or construction project
• Ability to communicate project schedule updates and requirements with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction, training and day-to-day supervision to project scheduling personnel
• Lead planning and scheduling to meet internal/external customer requirements within budget and schedule
• Lead baseline schedule development and pull planning sessions with stakeholders
• Provide schedule analysis and reporting to leadership
• Maintain master schedule logic and assess delays, critical path, accelerations, and additions
