Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Senior Scheduler to ensure planning and scheduling functions across multiple projects are performed in line with procedures and standards. The role offers onsite work at Centennial, CO, with 10–20% travel and potential for remote work supporting events or department activities.

The ideal candidate has a PSP/PSPPMI-SP certification preference, 4–6 years of scheduling experience in construction, and strong skills in Primavera P6, MS Office, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent.
• PSP certification and/or PSPPMI-SP preferred.
• 4–6 years of planning and scheduling experience on engineering/construction projects.
• Ability to communicate schedule updates with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling functions to meet requirements while adhering to budget and schedule.
• Lead baseline schedule development and pull planning sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and technical direction to project controls professionals.
• Provide timely and accurate schedule analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Maintain master schedule logic and assess impacts of delays and changes.
• Support commercial operations and interface with customers.
• Present scheduling progress to clients as requested.
