The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, 4–6 years scheduling experience, and PSP/PSPPMI-SP certifications preferred, with travel 10–20% and option for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of planning & scheduling experience on engineering or construction projects.
• PSP and/or PSPPMI-SP certifications preferred.
• Ability to communicate schedule updates with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling functions to meet project requirements and budgets.
• Develop baseline schedules and coordinate pull planning with stakeholders.
• Provide timely schedule analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Maintain master schedule logic and assess impacts of delays or changes.
• Interface with management, engineering, construction, contracts and procurement to resolve scheduling clashes.
• Present scheduling progress to clients as requested.
