Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking an experienced Scheduling Lead to oversee project scheduling for renewable energy projects. This onsite role collaborates with multiple teams to manage baselines, pull planning, and progress reporting.

Travel to Dallas and other locations is required, with remote options limited. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering, PSP certification is preferred, and has 4–6 years of scheduling experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• PSP certification and/or PSPPMI-SP certification preferred.
• 4-6 years of related experience in planning & scheduling on engineering and/or construction project.
• Ability to communicate project schedule updates and requirements with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction, training and day-to-day supervision to project scheduling personnel.
• Lead planning and scheduling functions to meet internal/external requirements while adhering to budget and schedule.
• Lead baseline schedule development and pull planning sessions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, construction, contracts and procurement to drive scheduling solutions.
• Provide timely and accurate schedule analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Maintain the master schedule logic and assess impact of delays, critical path, accelerations and additions.
• Support management with planning and scheduling guidance and presentations.
• Interface with customers for commercial operations and prime contract administration.
• Meet with clients and present scheduling progress as requested.
