Job summary

MasTec Renewables, part of MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure, is seeking a Project Scheduler III (renewables EPC). Location options include onsite Phoenix, with 10-20% travel; remote-based roles possible with travel to offices as needed.

You will lead scheduling functions and coordinate across project teams to ensure on-time delivery. Required are a strong background in planning, scheduling, earned value methods, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• PSP or PSPPMI-SP certification preferred.
• 4-6 years of related planning & scheduling experience on engineering/construction projects.
• Ability to communicate schedule updates with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling functions to meet internal and customer requirements while respecting budget and schedule.
• Develop baseline schedules and conduct pull planning with stakeholders.
• Provide schedule analysis and reporting to leadership with timely updates.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, contracts and procurement to solve planning clashes.
• Maintain master schedule logic and assess impact of delays and changes.
• Prepare presentations and deliver scheduling guidance to project teams.
