Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking an experienced Scheduling Lead to ensure on-time performance across multiple project groups. The role focuses on developing baselines, pulling planning sessions, and delivering analyses to leadership.

Travel up to 20% is expected, with onsite work at Centennial-CO or other locations as needed. Ideal candidates will have PSP certification, 4–6 years in construction scheduling, and strong communication with project teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification and/or Project Scheduling Professional (PSPPMI-SP) certification preferred
• 4-6 years of related experience in planning & scheduling on engineering and/or construction project
• Ability to communicate project schedule updates and requirements with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling functions to meet internal and external customer requirements while adhering to budget and schedule demands
• Lead baseline schedule development and pull planning sessions with stakeholders
• Provide administrative and technical direction to project controls, interfacing with management and other departments
• Provide timely and accurate schedule analysis and reporting to leadership
• Maintain master schedule logic and assess impact of delays, critical path, accelerations, and additions
