Job summary

Irby Construction Company is seeking an experienced Scheduler to oversee all scheduling functions for our projects. You will develop and maintain integrated schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project, coordinating with owners, subcontractors and internal teams, and providing insightful progress reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years using Primavera P6, strong construction knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior schedulers while improving scheduling standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience using Primavera P6 / P6 Enterprise with schedule development and resource loading.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project; understand construction means and methods.
• Experience collaborating with large, diverse, remote project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop integrated schedules.
• Incorporate resources, costs and quantities into schedules.
• Enforce scheduling standards and coordinate with stakeholders for progress reporting.
• Mentor junior schedulers and project coordinators; support scheduling improvements.
